He is quick to respond and does his best to show up as quickly as possible to help, is very knowledgeable and has always fixed the problems. Had trouble making our thermostat work–it was far too complicated for an old fool like me. I contacted maybe 3, maybe 4 local heating and air companies to get an idea on price. This man was the only one who told me, “Give me a call and I’ll be glad to walk you through it, so it’ll work simply.” I told him thanks, I’ll remember that kindness. And when the furnace failed us, on the coldest day of the year so far, I called him, told him my poor wife, her cat, and the dogs were all freezing in our own house, he said, “I’ll squeeze you in.” And he did. Came, determined the problem, ordered the part, arrived when he said he would, put the part in, now the wife and her cat, and the dogs, are all happy and warm. Me too. I’d recommend this man, and his company, to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about BAEHR. They did everything well! The new mini-split AC/Heater in my art studio is working much better than I expected and the install crew was prompt, polite and smart. Funny guys too – we had a good time hanging with them.

Completely recommend Baehr Heating and Air. We had Alex and Johnny come fix the condensate drain that was not originally installed properly for our gas furnace. They were wonderful–knowledgeable, professional, on time, quick, friendly–and they did a great job fixing the furnace.
