BAEHR Heating & Air is proud to offer a maintenance agreement for our loyal customers. Our maintenance agreements include 2 visits/year for one system at $310. Our maintenance agreements ensure priority scheduling, seasonal maintenance, and 10% off all repair parts.
We agree to provide you with a complete Precision Tune-Up either annually or semi-annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated.
We provide this service Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm and will call ahead to schedule your appointment.
HVAC Maintenance Plan - $310/yearly
Heating
- Clean and adjust burner and ignition assemblies
- Confirm all mechanical components are operational
- Check temperature rise and static pressure
- Calibrate gas pressure to achieve optimal performance
- Confirm start-up procedure is functional and efficient
Cooling/Head Pump
- Remove heat pump option.
- Check refrigerant levels
- Clean condensate drain
- Confirm all mechanical components are operational
- Clean condenser and evaporator coils as needed
- Check temperature rise and static pressure
- Confirm start-up procedure is functional and efficient
General
- Test safety controls
- Clean or replace filters
- Check electrical connections
- Confirm thermostat is operational and communicating
