BAEHR Heating & Air is proud to offer a maintenance agreement for our loyal customers. Our maintenance agreements include 2 visits/year for one system at $310. Our maintenance agreements ensure priority scheduling, seasonal maintenance, and 10% off all repair parts.

We agree to provide you with a complete Precision Tune-Up either annually or semi-annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated. We provide this service Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm and will call ahead to schedule your appointment.

Heating

Clean & adjust burner assembly
Clean ignition assembly
Replace oil filter/nozzle as needed
Clean heat exchanger or elements
Check furnace vent
Check ignition sequence
Adjust operating pressures
Check gas/oil pressure WC

Cooling/Head Pump

Check refrigerant charge SH SC
Check evaporator coil if accessible
Check condensate drain
Check condensor coil & motor amp
Check temperature split RA/SA/ACT
Check fittings & valves for leaks
Check disconnect & fuses or breakers
Check heat strip operation & amp draw
Check defrost system
Check compressor amps
Check condensor motor amp

General

Test safety controls
Clean or replace filters
Clean & adjust blower component amp
Tighten electrical connections
Check voltage & amp draws for all motors
Lubricate motor & blower bearings
Check thermostat
Apply protective coating to outside uning

No repairs or improvement will be undertaken without your authorization, Labor and material of such repairs, if needed, will be discounted from our prevailing rates. This “Service Agreement” may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.

      The owner came out himself to check out my radiant floors which I already thought was cool. When he looked at them he came to the conclusion that the zone control modules were probably shot. He told me that if I am comfortable changing them myself Id save some money, I agreed. He gave me some pointers on how to do it and the website on which I could find the products. That was 1 year ago, I finally got around to changing them and now my radiant floors work like new. Thank you guys for helping and being thoughtful. And most importantly being right.

      Props to Jay and his company! Although they were super busy and had to reschedule my appointment, it was worth the wait. He knew exactly what he was working with and got my heater working properly again. The previous company that came out (South Placer Heating and Air) gave me a wrong diagnosis for the issue and then tried to convince me I needed to replace the heat exchange or the entire HVAC unit!       Honest and reliable business. Both Johnny and Jay care about their customers and the community. They have our best interests at heart, and I highly recommend them! If I have an HVAC issue again, I know who to call. Did I mention Jay showed up on his day off when an emergency repair came up and we needed to reschedule? These guys are a stop shop.
