I like to wait a month or so before writing a review. This gives time to be more accurate with my observations. Having said that, this company is absolutely worth five stars! Baehr is in business for the long run and to generate loyal customers. Their advice, service and cost are all as others have stated in their reviews. I am very confident in recommending this company to anyone needing experienced, fair and honest HVAC work done.

I run a childcare and our heater quit working. We called and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning. The service techs were on time and so friendly and professional! 20 min later our heat was back up and running!! Thank you so much for the prompt service!!!

I am a Property Manager in Grass Valley Baehr is our go to person for HVAC. Jay goes above & beyond to make sure our HVAC systems are running properly. Very honest on what is really wrong with the system not charging us for repairs that don’t need to be repaired like we have experienced with other local companies. Been using BAEHR for 2 years. Highly recommend. My ac went out when it.was crazy hot heat wave. Called Jay at 7:30 a.m.. …he fit me in to his busy schedule. He was at my house at estimated time…and fixed my ac! Since unit is over 20 years old I will be working with him to replace it. Trustworthy, honest, professional, hard worker…and knows his stuff!

Jay was so great in servicing our air conditioning. He had the parts needed to do the work right away. Even with our unit being 22 years old, he didn’t try to sell on replacement. He feels we still have a few years of service on our current system. Saved us from a big expense!! Jay is the best!!
