Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Specialist

Hourly Range: $25-40
Job Summary: Work with a team of HVAC technicians to aid in ensuring proper maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. Maintenance Specialists are required to work with electrical components, motors, ductwork, indoor air quality and airflow in residential and commercial settings. As an HVAC Specialist customer service must be provided.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training is advantageous, but not required.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basic tools of the trade
- Active HVAC Technician registration with the State of California
- Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver’s license
- Be absent of drug use
- Customer Service/Communication Skills

- On-site training and continued education will be provided
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Standing, bending, climbing, sitting
- Hot temperatures (indoors and outdoors)

- Must be able to maneuver heavier loads
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance services to customers efficiently, remarkably, and on time.
- Be graded on a set of metrics specific to your role.
- Attend all company meetings. Participate in daily role play scenarios.
- Maintain the highest customer service standards possible.
- Direct all technical questions to the HVAC manager.
- Maintain all necessary HVAC equipment to the highest technical standards and deliver that service in a timely manner.
- Must be able to operate and utilizeBAEHR Heating and Air, Inc’s. P.O.S mobile system.
- Work and perform in accordance with federal, state, and local HVAC codes.
- Participate in ride-alongs with the BAEHR Heating and Air, Inc. HVAC team for advancement opportunities.
- Present each customer with proper product information and customer satisfaction platforms.
- Wear shoe covers to every residential maintenance or service call.
- Attend on-site & external training when available.
- Meet or exceed the minimum proficiency requirements set forth by the BAEHR
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Abide by BAEHR Heating and Air, Inc. handbook policies and procedures.
- Be prepared for randomized vehicle inspections to check for cleanliness and inventory.
Compensation:
- This Position will earn an hourly compensation including the opportunity to make commission and bonuses.
Schedule:
- Be prepared to run calls Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
- Be prepared to run after hours calls, as needed.
