Zach Clayson has spent most of his career selling building materials. In 2022 he decided it was time for change & switched gears so he could begin contributing to his community. Wanting to get more hands-on experience he went to school to study HVAC. It was here that he excelled and was discovered by BAEHR in early 2023 as a stand out student. He has since worked hard to improve his knowledge, capabilities, and technical skills in the field. He now leads the Maintenance department at BAEHR and continues to thrive in every new role.
